What function rooms do you have?
We offer a variety of versatile event spaces:
Four Ashes Suite
Our largest event space accommodates up to 180 guests and is perfect for weddings, celebrations and corporate events. The suite is self-contained, with its own foyer, private bathrooms and bar. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook our beautifully landscaped courtyard, creating a bright and elegant setting.
Harry's Café Bar
Available for exclusive hire for up to 40 guests, Harry's Café Bar offers a relaxed yet stylish setting. Named after Harry Ellard, the café bar features impressive high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, comfortable lounge seating and its own private bar.
Garden Room
Recently refurbished, the Garden Room is ideal for intimate celebrations and private dining. It accommodates up to 160 guests and features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our gardens, making it the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks and summer events.
Can we view the venue before booking?
Absolutely. We'd be delighted to show you around our function spaces. Viewings can be arranged by appointment with our Events Coordinator.
What's included with room hire?
Your chosen function room is exclusively yours for the agreed hire period.
During the warmer months, you and your guests can also enjoy access to our private courtyard garden.
What catering options are available?
We offer a selection of menus to suit a variety of occasions, and we're happy to create bespoke menus tailored to your requirements and dietary needs.
Can we use an external caterer?
Please speak with our Events Coordinator to discuss your requirements, as this may be possible for certain events.
Can we bring our own drinks?
All food and beverages consumed on the premises must be supplied by The Regency Hotel.
Can you provide a celebration cake?
While we don't supply cakes, we're happy to recommend trusted local cake designers.
Do you offer venue dressing?
Yes. We can arrange a variety of room dressing options, including chair covers and decorations. You're also welcome to provide your own décor.
Can we decorate the room ourselves?
Of course. Balloons, banners and other decorations are welcome. Our Events Team will be happy to advise you on where and how decorations can be displayed safely within the venue.
Can we have a DJ or live entertainment?
Yes. You're welcome to hire your own DJ or live performers, and we can also recommend trusted local suppliers if required.
Is there a sound system?
Harry's Café Bar has its own music system. Our other function rooms require PA equipment, which can be hired if needed.
Is accommodation available?
Yes. We have 113 comfortable guest bedrooms available, making it easy for your guests to stay overnight after your event.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of **£250** is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the event by bank transfer (BACS) or card. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques.

Four Ashes Suite
Four Ashes Suite holds up to 180 people, it's self-contained with its own foyer, bathrooms and cloak room and has floor to ceiling length windows with views over our landscaped courtyard. There is also a private bar in the Suite.
Harry's Cafe Bar
Harry's Cafe Bar holds upto 40 people and is available for private hire. Named after Harry Ellard the Cafe Bar has striking high ceilings, chandeliers and a selction of comfomfortable seating. It is located in easy reach of the main brasserie bar.
Garden Suite
The Garden room holds up to 80 people for a sit-down meal or 160 for a more informal occasion, it's recently been refurbished and has floor to ceiling length windows, buffet service area and relaxed lounge area & provate washrooms.
