FAQ’S 
What type of events do you hold? 
Weddings, engagements, birthdays, retirements, wakes, business events, baby showers, gender reveal, private dinners,  
anniversaries, product launches, we would to discuss any event. 
 
What different rooms do you have? 
The Garden Room which is suitable for events for 30 -120 
The Four Ashes Suite which is suitable for events for 50 – 200 
6 conference rooms suitable for meetings and conferences from 1- 150 
 
Can we come and see the rooms ? 
Yes, this can be arranged through our events co-ordinator by appointment. 
 
What’s included with the room? 
The room is yours exclusively for the agreed time period, the private garden is also available in the warmer months. 
 
What food options do you have? 
Please see menus above – Bespoke menus can also be created to meet your needs. 
 
Do you permit external caterers for events ? 
Please contact the events co-ordinator to discuss 
 
Can we bring our own drink? 
Unfortunately not, all drinks consumed on the premises will be provided by the Regency Hotel 
 
Can you provide a cake? 
Unfortunately, not, however we can recommend local companies that do. 
 
Can you provide room dressing? 
We can provide many room dressing and chair cover options. Alternately you can provide your own. 
 
Can we dress the room with balloons & banners etc? 
Absolutely, speak to the events team who can advise on where and how this is possible. 
 
Do you allow live music & DJ’s? 
Yes and we have options if you need help sourcing performers 
 
Is there a music system? 
Only in Harry’s Bar, our other function spaces require PA equipoment, which can be hired. 
 
Is there accommodation available? 
We have 110 hotel rooms available for your guests, please 
 
Is there on-site parking? 
Yes there is free on-site parking 
 
Do you need a deposit? 
To secure your date a deposit of £250 is required, balance to be paid prior to the day of event by BACS or card we don’t accept cheques. 

Four Ashes Suite 

Four Ashes Suite holds up to 140 people, it's self-contained with its own foyer, bathrooms and cloak room and has floor to ceiling length windows with views over our landscaped courtyard. There is also a private bar in the Suite. 

Harry's Cafe Bar 

Harry's Cafe Bar holds upto 40 people and is available for private hire. Named after Harry Ellard the Cafe Bar has striking high ceilings, chandeliers and a selction of comfomfortable seating. It is located in easy reach of the main brasserie bar. 

Garden Room 

The Garden room holds up to 60 people for a sit-down meal, it's recently been refurbished and has floor to ceiling length windows, it's ideally located for pre-dinner drinks in our courtyard garden.
